Danielle’s wide-ranging experience in mentoring and training includes work with high school students, college students, K-12 educators, and corporate teams. She has facilitated workshops for programs including Clifton Strengths and Five Dysfunctions of a Team as well as her own curriculum focused on peak performance strategies and strength development.
During her most recent role as Lead Mentor & Curriculum Director for a private program helping high school students get into top colleges, she led 250 self-designed group workshops and nearly 500 one-on-one coaching sessions. Her work focused on uncovering strengths, developing entrepreneurial mindsets, mastering project management skills, and building confidence. In her previous role as Corporate Communications Consultant for Bayer, she traveled across the country training teams and global executive leaders.
Danielle has studied personal growth strategies for eight years. Her favorite topics include strengths, leadership, creative thinking, and mindset. Danielle graduated from North Carolina State University with a B.A. in Communication & Public Relations.
